For mid-sized companies
Growth under uncertainty.
Hardly any client asks us how to grow in a stable market. The question is how a business stays operational while energy costs, tariffs, supply routes, interest rates and demand all move at the same time. Our way of working is built for that. A mandate is judged by the decision it made possible and by what happened in the market afterwards.

Where the money is made
Which customer segments carry which contribution margin, what a customer pays for, where effort goes unrewarded. One shared picture at owner and management level.
Where the model can move
With the St. Gallen Business Model Navigator of the University of St. Gallen, a catalogue of proven business model patterns across industries. After a price collapse or the loss of a key account, the fastest way out of your own industry logic.
Two engines
The running business kept separate from what is being built alongside it, both steered as a portfolio, with staged funding and agreed stop criteria. A profitable company builds the second engine while the first still carries.
Scenarios with a prepared response
Two to three pictures of the future for energy prices, tariffs, exchange rates, supply routes and the loss of a key account. Each comes with early indicators and a response decided in advance.
Options, not bets
A second source of supply, a second market, contracts with exit points, committed in stages. What can be tested is tested in days, before it is budgeted.
The FFF Method. Fast Forward Framework.
Our own framework for new offerings and new markets, proven in hundreds of market launches and founder programmes.
An established company also starts cold when it brings a new product or a new market to launch. The existing customer base says little about the new demand, and on launch day opportunity and risk stand at 50 to 50.
The FFF Method pulls pre-sales and marketing ahead of the launch: at least 20 to 40 conversations at decision-maker level with the target customer, a calculation up to the volume at which the offering covers its own costs, and a parallel test in the market and with the financing side. On launch day the ratio stands at 90 to 10.
For a mid-sized company this means the new offering covers its costs earlier, and a wrong call shows within weeks, before an annual budget is committed.
Digitalisation and AI in mid-sized companies
“Everyone talks about AI. What does it mean for our business?” Most of our mandates in this field begin with that sentence. The answer lies first in the business model and only then in the technology.
Assessment
Three to five use cases, rated by benefit, effort and risk, and calculated through. Plus the questions that decide an approval: where the data stays, who is liable, what happens to the roles in the team.
Implementation roadmap
Sequence, responsibilities, data situation and costs, tailored to an organisation without its own IT department.
First pilot
One use case goes into live operation, with a measured result. Scale follows afterwards.
AI competence in the leadership team
Programmes for managing directors and executives, delivered in the DACH region and in CEE. The goal is a team that takes the next decisions without us.
Who we work for
Established companies and family businesses as well as funded startups and scale-ups that already generate revenue. We work across industries, in trade, hospitality and tourism, healthcare, real estate and industry.
Industry knowledge from statutory representation
Pricing, supply chains, trading partners: we know these negotiations from the side of the businesses. Over a full term of office, from 2020 to 2025, our founder Firas Saedaddin represented an entire sector in statutory representation, as a committee member of the Landesgremium Lebensmittelhandel, the Vienna Economic Chamber's statutory trade association for the food trade, delegated from there to the committee of the Bundesgremium des Lebensmittelhandels, its federal counterpart at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, serving as industry spokesperson for the food wholesale trade. The Bundesgremium des Lebensmittelhandels is the statutory representation of more than 8,500 member companies with over 160,000 employees.
