Internationalisation and market entry

A second market, qualified before the first one comes under pressure.

We work with owners and management teams from the decision on a market through to business in the target market. Across DACH and CEE, the Gulf, India and Southeast Asia, with our own contacts in place. A mandate is judged by what happens in the market afterwards.

What we work on

Target market selection and prioritisation

Which market and which segment will carry the business, before budget is committed. Two or three robust scenarios for tariffs, export controls, exchange rates and supply routes, each with early indicators and a response agreed in advance. Whatever can be tested is tested in days, before it is budgeted.

Business case for the budget decision

A commercial business case with enough substance for management, owners or the supervisory board. Demand, pricing logic and willingness to pay for this specific offering in this specific market, validated in conversations at decision-maker level before production, sales structure and capital are committed.

Partners, outreach, negotiation

Selection and vetting of sales and technology partners, outreach at decision-maker level, support through offer and negotiation. Each partnership set up with a structure and incentives that work for both sides. Where required, we take line responsibility and stay until the business carries itself.

Three regions

DACH and CEE

Home market and immediate neighbourhood, where we run mandates continuously, in German and in English.

The Gulf

Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates above all. Market access, partner search and programme work on site, conducted in Arabic.

India, South and Southeast Asia

A corridor we are building for clients, with our own contacts on the ground, and a region Firas Saedaddin ran operationally from Kuala Lumpur for years.

The FFF Method for new markets

Even an established company starts cold when it enters a new market.

The existing customer base says little about the new demand, and on launch day opportunity and risk stand at 50 to 50. The FFF Method pulls pre-sales and marketing ahead of the launch: at least 20 to 40 well-prepared conversations at decision-maker level with the target customer in the new market, a calculation up to the volume at which the new market covers its own costs, and the double test of market and investors. An offering that convinces the market does not yet convince your own supervisory board, and vice versa.

Sales start at launch, with proven demand. On launch day the ratio stands at 90 to 10.

On launch day: proven demand · tested pricing logic · validated business model · execution roadmap

Questions before the first conversation

Who do you work with on market entry?

Established companies and family businesses, subsidiaries of international groups, and funded startups and scale-ups that already generate revenue. We work across industries.

Who leads the mandate?

The contracting party is AGA Group GmbH, and it leads the mandate. Where a mandate requires more, we work with a team of experts grown over years in tax, law, audit, marketing, technology and HR, assembled for each mandate and steered by us throughout.

In which languages?

German, English, Arabic, French and Spanish. In the Gulf we work in Arabic.

How does a mandate start?

With a 30-minute first conversation, free and without obligation. Then a diagnosis at a fixed fee, ending in a basis for decision. After each stage the company can step out.

Mandates

International digital and performance marketing agency, 2025 to 2026

Expansion into the Gulf region, from target market to first partners. The entry paid off, and the agency operates at a profit in the GCC today.

Data-driven SaaS scale-up, 2025 to 2026

International scaling, competitive position, growth planning. We defined the target markets, connected it with the right strategic go-to-market partners and set up each partnership with a structure and incentives that work for both sides. Sales through the partners have started.
