COO of PacketVideo Network Solutions, the US subsidiary, with full results responsibility for product management, sales, operations and P&L and seven direct reports at executive level. Over three years sales productivity rose by 300 percent and market share by 10 percent. On top came the post-merger integration after a cross-border acquisition.
Regional leadership in Southeast Asia
From Kuala Lumpur, Firas Saedaddin led a regional team of several dozen people with ten direct reports at executive level, responsible for sales and market development in Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific.
Own businesses
Two fitness and health businesses with ten employees in shift operation, over ten years in full budget and staff responsibility. In addition food production, wholesale and retail and, from 2021 to 2023, shareholder and Co-CEO at 72solutions.
